MODIFIED NOUGHTS & CROSSES

Noughts and Crosses is a simple game anyone can play should they have a surface to draw on, an object to draw with and an opponent. However the game is a tad broken as if the player going first plays a certain sequence they will win every time. 

With this in mind the rules below have been altered in an attempt to even the “playing field” so both players have the ability to win no matter who goes first.
